It says he pays for corrections staff to accompany him but does he also pay for any extra costs incurred if he flees. I have seen the condition of corrections staff and they are far from olympic athletes and this guy is just 19. Does it also mean they are paying for extra staff to replace those that have to hand hold this guy.
I think I am a fair guy but the irony of a murder accused attending a funeral is too much for me. Allow him pictures of funeral while his a$$ sits in prison, that way he will know that there has been a major consequence to his actions.

You're getting hung up on the conditions for a convicted prisoner. That arrangement isn't for remand prisoners.
