I have seen the condition of corrections staff and they are far from olympic athletes and this guy is just 19. Does it also mean they are paying for extra staff to replace those that have to hand hold this guy. I think I am a fair guy but the irony of a murder accused attending a funeral is too much for me. Allow him pictures of funeral while his a$$ sits in prison, that way he will know that there has been a major consequence to his actions.	sam m (517)

That arrangement isn't for remand prisoners.
