If you are still having problems and the help desk can't won't help, send it back where it came from fro a refund and buy an AV program that works. I only ever had grief with viruscan, went to nortons and haven't had a problem since. No doubt others are good too. Tiny Tim |

| 45824 | 2002-04-27 04:20:00 | In neither this post nor your previous one have you said what e-mail client you are using. There has been a similar post concerning AVG mail scanner not working with another email client, I think it was Pegasus. If you are not using Outlook, then it's possible the email scanner doesnt support non-Outlook clients. |
