45809 2002-04-26 12:01:00 what is a space saver??

call bnz and ask it to be resetted so u can install again. or wait to May since they will get rid of digi certs and use a normal login so u can u can use in all computers ......

If u are using win2k or winNT or XP using the numeric pad to enter passwords make sure u do not use mouse to click to dialoguie box ... use the tab key or the s/w will freeze. its a limitation that is publised

45810 2002-04-26 14:06:00 Are you still typing passwords & logons?

I use Key Wallet, I think it was Graham Lees suggestion, & it's great.

I haven't typed a login or password for months now.

Works on my internet banking site as well, which I didn't think it would.

45812 2002-04-26 18:50:00 I get a blank screen that won't even allow log on details. BNZ sent me an email telling me that I mustI have a java problem which won't allow access. As another answer has said ,you will have to wait a few weeks while they get a new system operating. In the meantime I suggest you do your transactions by phone - I find it just as efficient . The important thing is - it's not your software that's the problem. it's the banks Guest (0)
45813 2002-04-26 19:35:00 I had a problem with Bank Direct once, and turning off caching fixed it.

Have you got a firewall turned on? Maybe turn that off for a minute and see what happens.

45814 2002-04-27 05:59:00 Last year I suddenly couldn't get on to the ANZ banking site and couldn't figure out why.

It turned out that my ad-blocker was preventing the javascripts from running, which the bank used to display the logon window.

Once I had disabled the ad-blocker I could get in.

I don't know why it suddenly wouldn't work, but I believe it had something to do with installing ZoneAlarm which doesn't get on with the ad-blocker.

Check what you have got running (particularly the ones you have forgotten about) and disable them all just for the banking. It might then work.
