| 46204 | 2002-04-29 01:39:00 | I mucked up uninstalling a program awhile back. Now, everytime I start up my computer, a window telling me that 'the shortcut License Agreement Ink refers to a location that is unavailable...' I must sometime have tried to reinstall the program in a newbie kind of way because, on start-up, after that last notification I get the Wise Uninstall wizard telling me that it could not open the INSTALL.LOG file. When I try to use the System Restore function, (my system is Windows Me), it tells me it cannot run until i restart my computer. It keeps telling me that even when I do restart my computer! Lastly, today I tried to install the latest Explorer browser using the Internet Magazine CD. I was told that 'a previous installation has pending work requiring a reboot. You need to restart your computer to complete that installation before running the setup....' I have no idea at all as to what to do! Ira |
