| 46460 | 2002-04-30 05:25:00 | Hi I downloaded the latest version of zone alarm from your CD but on startup it will not load as the shortcut in MSconfig is wrong. On startup a message appears saying the .exe can't be found and I must click on the notice to continue loading windows. I've created a new shortcut on the desktop that works fine. Is there a simple way of correcting this as I'm a simple guy. Cheers Jim |

| 46461 | 2002-04-30 05:40:00 | sometimes the installer will give zonealarm an incorrect name. go find the files and check that against what file it is looking for at startup. often i find its looking for zonealarm.exe but the file is named zoneal~.exe hence it won't find it. | Guest (0) | ||
