| 46645 | 2002-05-01 08:48:00 | Bright and early this morning I got a call from a Telco Technician saying that my line will have DSL enabled in 15-25 minutes which was good because I've been holding out all month for this to have it done on this exact date. I am glad this was done quickly and on time. I also had automatic payments to pay my ISP Paradise Net which were suppose to go out the same day that my line was done because of their pay in advance billing. It didn't go out till around lunchtime. I thought I would get a call from them to say they got my money and that I could start using my DSL. I'm still waiting for that call. Are they going to call me still or is this their friendly service you get when you set it up yourself and they see that you are surfing already without their help? Maybe it's just me and that I've been waiting anxiously for this and my patience isn't that great. I did wait 6 hours before I decided to post this. When I first signed up I was sent by mail all the forms I needed in 3 days a bit early since I planned this one month in advance but still great. The email from Telecom stating it's all good for my date was received in 5 days. Still good because I wasn't expecting anything till later on but just knowing that it was all good to go was excellent. If paradise don't call me(even though there's no reason to now) I'll still look to them as an excellent service provider and this won't change how pleased I am with this. Thanks Paradise and Telecom. P.S. I thought about calling them instead... that's how impatient I was. |

| 46647 | 2002-05-01 14:56:00 | I used their online form and it was quite fast. I do enjoy talking to helpdesk though when you can get through to them. Still no call from them though :-( Oh well I hope they do get it sorted for you quickly. I gave them a month to do it. |
