| 46580 | 2002-05-01 01:46:00 | my mother, of all things she does, opened an email that she wasnt sure of and opened the attachment. One could guess that this was indeed a virus, a nasty one that refuses to die. I tried one of my tried-and-true checkers - NOD32 - except the hunter became the hunted and the virus deleted my checker (gotta luv modern programmin). Does anybody know how to get rid of it? | Guest (0) | ||

Check out securityresponse.symantec.com This will download a small file that you can run to get rid of it. |

| 46583 | 2002-05-01 03:50:00 | how do u get these viruses .. i have been searching high and dry for this virus (of course i will not open any foreign attachments). Checked all my clear net a/c, netscape and even hotmail to no avail! Only had the odd shopping, finance, phd's, porno ... emails. Panda AV is the best and is only $60NZ download purchase. And its not my the old *******s. Never liked Norton, McAfee has finally given the boot. RC |
