| 46824 | 2002-05-02 10:59:00 | When trying to scan with Norton antivirus a box tells me that file MSVCP50.DLL cannot be found. I have looked for it on the Norton CD and Windows 98SE CD unsuccessfully. Norton antivirus won't scan my computer without it. Thanks everyone for the help in advance. |

| 46825 | 2002-05-02 15:38:00 | morning Peter, Bit strange that this file should be missing. Anyway 2 ways we can fix this one. 1) On your WinME cd browse to \win9x and open up win_13.cab. (Winzip needed here, download from www.winzip.com) Extract MSVCP50.DLL to your Windows\Systems folder and your done. 2) Download the Dll from the internet. 'www.dll-files.com Extract MSVCP50.DLL to your Windows\Systems folder (Winzip or similar program needed here, download from www.winzip.com) and your done. Jess |
