| 46720 | 2002-05-01 22:37:00 | have installed the game empire earth, tried starting it but has application error 'the instruction ar '0x00236f8e' referenced memory at '0x00000000'. the memory could not be 'read' ' Running win2k with direct 8.1 and asus agp card 4mb. any help will be gratefully received. |

| 46721 | 2002-05-02 01:51:00 | You wouldn't be using a Compaq would you? We get a similar sort of error on most of the Compaqs on our campus intranet. These also run win2k and dX8.1 - can't say about the graphics card though, I don't have admin privilidges so I can't check. I would also appreciate any information. Regards, markOS X. |
