| 46968 | 2002-05-03 12:28:00 | Thanks Julie-Ann, I did what you suggested. The folders with spy glass is still there but noticed the symbols are hidden behind. Also on the task bar 'launch outlook express' can't be changed as a box comes up saying 'unable to save changes etc' 'access denied' Was able to change all the others. Can you or anyone else help with these two problems? Thanks. |

| 46969 | 2002-05-03 19:27:00 | ah kids, don't ya love 'em :) Try |right click on desktop|properties|effects|ensure all 'visual effects boxes are checked|click on default icon ( I think you have to do each one at a time )|apply|OK| otherwise.. You might have to launch the big gun... SYSTEM RESTORE. Good luck sam m |
