| 46880 | 2002-05-02 23:53:00 | After a installing winfaxpro10.02 on my system, all appeared normal. Everytime I try to send or receive a fax, I get the message line busy. The line is definately not busy. I have tried all the suggestions from the Symantec internet help site, no joy!! The modem (Rockwell Softk56, internal) is working by all accounts with system tests etc. Just nothing seems to get past it!! Help please :( |

If it does not recognize the modem is working, it would not work. And you can't use the modem to connect to the internet at the same time with sending faxes, but it is not in your case. |
