| 46871 | 2002-05-02 22:43:00 | On selecting live update, a message box advises that the subscription expired on 7 June 2002. The PC date is correct. Has anyone else had this occur and HOW do you contact Symantec without being told you must pay for help??? Mike |

| 46873 | 2002-05-03 00:51:00 | I have had that happend too, mine expired sometime in July 2002. Will the anti virus subscription work until July or has it expired now?? | Guest (0) | ||
| 46874 | 2002-05-03 04:07:00 | About a week or so before my subscription expired during Live update I received all the info on how to update, mine was US$9.95 for a years sub, paid by credit card over the Internet. Would think the Norton site FAQ would give info on resubscription.Frank. | Guest (0) | ||
