| 46864 | 2002-05-02 22:15:00 | Have you enabled the USB ports in Bios? What O/S are you using? ( e.g. There is only limited support for USB in the later releases of Win95) Download 'USBREADY.EXE' - search for by name. This utility will indicate whether you have suport for USB. |

| 46865 | 2002-05-02 22:23:00 | Red, Have just read your post further down regarding HP printer and USB. Suggest, if you can, try to see if the printer works on another computer. HP have had a lot of devices fail in the USB area. Have a look at the technical forums on www.hp.com |
