47050 2002-05-04 06:45:00 There is a variant of the Klez worm poses as an anti-virus removal tool for ITSELF!

Note that the text tells you to run the included attachment, and to ignore any alerts from their own antivirus software because the 'removal tool' (ie. the virus) has to 'act' as a 'fake virus' to work.

In case you come across something like this again, please note
virus removal tools are not (and should not) be sent around by email. And most obvious of all is the terrible grammar and spelling, which should immediately ring warning bells.

You only need to run this tool once,and then Klez will never come into your PC.

NOTE: Because this tool acts as a fake Klez to fool the real worm,some AV monitor maybe cry when you run it.
If so,Ignore the warning,and select 'continue'.

47051 2002-05-04 07:18:00 Hmmm. Nice trick. Try to fool the peoples into virusing themselves. Shame the English that they are speaking is so dodgy and most smarty people would not be falling for it.

Computers are not toasters - although they are marketed as such.

I'm teaching my neighbour how to use a computer. She's doing well for only a few months use but teaching one-on-one really highlights the complexity of the subject. It's very, very easy to reach information overload!

I'm also constantly surprised by people who are creating quite complex documents - including web pages - who have never learnt or been taught the fundamentals of 'how to save a file and find it again later'.

I think it's the toaster problem.
