47074 2002-05-04 06:13:00 'Programmable Keyboard Not Working'

The programmable keyboard on my father's Hewlett-Packard Brio 350 MHz Pentium II isn't working. I suspect it is probably a driver problem? If I remove the driver (restarting Windows) will it find a driver for the programmable keyboard? The keyboard is operable just not be extended keyboard options (for volume control, opening CD-ROM).

Any help with this problem will be truly appreciated thank you.

Malcolm.

47075 2002-05-04 13:47:00 Did you try the Hewlett-Packard site - www.hp.com - they usually have downloadable drivers for keyboard utilities for each computer model. Might take a while to find it, but it will probably be there. Guest (0)
