| 47287 | 2002-05-05 14:18:00 | I've recently purchased a brand new system, but am having extreme trouble getting it to accept the printer. I've repeatedly tried attaching it to the printer port, but on booting the screen freezes half-way through the boot process. I'm running Win98se, and it's a P4 system. Any ideas on what I can do to get it to work? Retailer not interested in solving any of the problems that came with computer. This is just one of them. |

If not, take the whole lot back to the dealer and get them to fix it, or demand a refund... mention such words as Consumer Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act etc. and hopefully you'll get a response. It should be under warranty, so they have to fix it. Mike |
