| 47438 | 2002-05-06 10:42:00 | When exploring C:\Windows\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook Express I found 9 files with .dbx extensions, totalling 1.69MB. These contained e-mail addresses and texts (dated recently) mixed in with other data(?) of letters and numbers. In C:\.....Outlook Express\ Mail, there are 11 files with.ibx and .mbx extensions, toalling 106KB of e-mail addresses and texts dating back to July 1999, mixed in as above with other data(?). When I crippled these files by renaming them, Outlook Express would not work. After restoring them O.E worked OK. Can someone please explain? How do I delete these lost items? |
