47391	2002-05-07 10:43:00	I've had about a gutsful of them as well. Despite numerous emails (always answered) Nothing has improved over the last few weeks. Hell I even have to use my $5 xtra connection just to get my mail from the quicksilver service. They started out full of promise but I have written to them and told them I am kicking them into touch.
