| 1274347 | 2012-05-20 08:51:00 | STB should have in the menu, a setting to show signal strength. If it all works OK for a while, I would suspect it is the stb that is faulty. If the dish was the problem, you wouldn't get any channels at all. How are you connecting the stb to the telly? |

| 1274350 | 2012-05-21 00:27:00 | Had a T1020, firmware update made it worse in my experience, lots of stutter on channels and the UI is terrible. Asked them for a copy of the old f/w, apparently you can't downgrade. Not sure if that is technically true or not but oh well. |
