1298535 2012-09-03 03:45:00 Hi all

We have a linksys WiFi router which we use for accessing the internet from our iPads at work. Now I have installed CloudOn
on one iPad but can't get it to connect through the router. Apparently I need to open up some ports TCP433, UPD3478-3479 & 9000-9999.
My problem is that when trying to access the router configuration via WiFi (192.168.1.1) I don't get a connection (page unreachable).

Does anyone know how to access the router via WiFi or do I have to physically connect via an Ethernet port - then navigate to the router
configuration page?

Cheers!! in advance

1298537 2012-09-03 04:01:00 Doubt that there is in our office. Linksys basically sits on a port from our cisco (I think) switch. Had to register the linksys on our domain to get it to
connect to the internet originally. Short answer - dunno! Could be! Could the linksys itself be blocking access?? Perhaps I could try without having the linksys
connected to our network.....

you'll need to try & access it via LAN cable
