The line was so busy that the system hung up but if you press the extension for sales amazingly you get straight thru. They've now redirected me, phone's on my desk in speaker mode while I am doing other things ........
They said that I have my own model/router I could get an extra month for free and that my connection won't connect until June. Seems like they just gave me the standard product, no free month and here is my modem and connected will be done asap. |
