| 47649 | 2002-05-07 22:13:00 | I have just purchased an Epson photo scanner and when I tried to instal the software I recieved a white box on screen with a mixture of languages that appeared to be russian and french the only decipherable bit was'EResNotFound'blah blah EPSETUP>EXE more unreadable stuff then the word main and an OK button bottom centre this is black writing on a wide narrow white screen. To make matters even stranger when I put my Printer CD in I get the same message (also Epson)my pc support line suggests a virus but i've scanned everything thoroughly and the Cd works ok on my mates machine Heres a Challenge !! | Guest (0) | ||

There may be no help in the above at all. Are other cd's loading ok? - dirty reader in cd could be a factor. Good luck. L |
