I think you can. had to cleanout Anticmos.A* Boot sector virus puter at work. Not sure about the BIOS though. |

No, it is not possible to get a virus in the BIOS/CMOS yet, however there is a virus that will erase the BIOS/CMOS via flash rom upgrade, that is why all the 'newer' motherboards include a feature to 'lock' firmware so it cannot be flashed until you decide. |
