| 47867 | 2002-05-09 02:05:00 | Red 'x' shows where pictures or menus are meant to be and are stopping me from accessing areas on the companies.govt.nz website. My specs: Win98se, IE5.5 SP2, tried IE6-no luck, tried IE5.5 only-no luck, ran IE5.5 repair tool-no luck. Any suggestions guys? |

From looking at the website you mention, I notice the menu is actually made with Javascript, therefore you may not have the correct software installed to run this. Try running Windows Update (In IE select Tools > Windows Update) once there your machine will be checked for different bits of software you may need, see if 'Microsoft Virtual Machine' is among the list. I remember reading that by default this feature doesn't come with IE6, so this may be your problem. Hope this helps |
