You see, the next winner isn't known until you decide who is to be the lucky geek or geekess, and as soon as you name them, they cease to be the next and become the current. It's all a matter of tense, not that I'm tense of course the bubnchs have left me alone lately, Klingons no longer hover off the starboard bow and I'm getting to grips with Excel at last.
