| 48081 | 2002-05-10 04:39:00 | Hi I am a very keen F1 reader and enjoy PC World very much each month, and of course your CD's! I am currently having Outlook 2000 mutiny on me. Every time I need to close it up comes a dialogue box which says: 'Outlook has caused a fault in kernel32.dll. Please restart your computer if you have any problems.' And that's exactly what I have to do, every time, (even the dialoge box won't click away)This month I've undertaken your whole 7 step PC clean-up, and even reinstalled Office 2000. But the problem persists. Any help gratefully accepted. Phil Walker |
