| 48061 | 2002-05-10 03:44:00 | I have an Epson Stylus C20UX Printer and WinXP Home Edition. The problem I have is the font is fixed it doesn?t matter what I change it to in the document, when I print it out it reverts back to the same font. I have tried with other programmes and the same thing happens. I have uninstalled the drivers and software then reinstalled them and still the same problem, it used to work ok when first installed. Thanks in advance for a solution. |

| 48062 | 2002-05-10 06:32:00 | Have you *actually* changed the font in the document? When you reload the document, is it back in the default font? If you load a document, then use the Character/Font to change the font, only new text entered will be in the changed font. You have to select the whole document, then change the font. |
