48058	2002-05-10 04:35:00	Track Changes allows any modifications to a document (additions/deletions) to be marked for auditing purposes. It allows the history of a document to be viewed. Changes can be hidden for screen view, printing or both. Useful for multiple authoring of a document, you get to see what changes were made and by who. You can join Woodys site and get fortnightly emails full of various info. there is Woodys Windows Watch for Mere Mortals. Woodys Windows watch for Office, Woodys Windows watch for Windows etc. Always good info about security holes. Some advertising for his books between info, but enough good info to be worth looking at. Those that have info in that may be useful I file in folders in Email. and just delete those that have no relevancy for me. www.woodyswatch.com There are evidently problems with track changes between the older and newer versions of Word, which he writes about in detail.
