1.What is a 'MSO**.WMF' file found in temp folder? Is it sfae to delete?

2. What is 'permission' when it is askef for when trying to save a file in WORD?

You can, in fact, delete the whole folder and it will be created when needed.

I don't understand your second question - you'll have to recast it.

I was at a friend's house trying to save a file for him in Word, when the message appeared saying that file could not be saved as there was no 'Permission' for that file!! Closed it anyway - then could not find it anywhere! Luckily I had saved an earlier copy on CD. Hope this helps you to know what I am talking about - I don't know myself!!
