| 48183 | 2002-05-11 02:30:00 | A child window is one that opens within or from a parent window. The idea is that data can be exchanged between the two. For example, if you go to a web site that requires a password, a child window may open prompting to enter your password before continuing. Once our password has been entered, the child window will pass this info back to the parent window so it can carry on. |
