I recently bought a second hand computer that performs well.However,I bought a new printer HP Deskjet 656c and connected it but find USB is not enabled. The computer is a Packard Bell and I have contacted them with no response.I am using Win 98.Does anyone know how I can enable USB? Thanks. |

first thing, check in bios that it is enabled. |

Where do I find BIOS on my computer. I did check on Control Panel,System,Device Manager and there is no listing for USB Controller. The computer itself does have two USB ports. |
