| 48674 | 2002-05-13 10:32:00 | Hi I just recently joined ClearNet and was wondering if anybody could tell me why it takes forever sometimes to log on. All I keep getting is 'The Line is Busy' Is it me or Clear. I use Windows XP with Outlook. Thanks Geoff |

| 48675 | 2002-05-13 11:45:00 | Geoff, It could be you or Clear... Does your computer actually attempt to connect, or do you only get busy signals? Try dialling the Clear number from your home phone, and see if its busy, or if it rings/answers. If its busy, then its Clear just overloaded, but if it rings/answers, then the problem could be the connection between your computer and Clear, and you might need to configure some of your harware a little.
