| 48639 | 2002-05-13 07:00:00 | I have 2 HDDs (C & D) & use win 98. I have lots of start up/shut down and freeze problems since installing IE6. I now wish to reformate drive C and perform a clean install. My computer tells me drive C is a network drive (which is not the case) and will not let me reformat it. How do I overcome this. |

| 48640 | 2002-05-13 07:36:00 | Create a Windows 98 startup disk and use that in the floppy dive when restarting your computer. Format using that. Ensure the BIOS boot order is A:C:then anything else. |
