48523 2002-05-12 21:00:00 Every time i put a disk into my cdrom it comes up with the message of: An exception oe has occured at 0028:00841200 in vxd. this was called from 0028:c182f328 in vxd scsi1hlp (03) + 00000508. It maybe possible to continue normally. Guest (0)
48524 2002-05-13 00:40:00 Yuck. Has anything changed recently, just before this started?

I would suggest you try to download the latest version of the CD driver, and wonder if the problem would continue if you turn off the autorun feature (Control Panel, System, Device manager tab, right click on CD rom drive, settings tab, turn off autoinsert notification).

robo.

48525 2002-05-13 05:17:00 Is your CD on a SCSI interface? Otherwise, why is that fault in 'scsi1hlp' ?

Have you enabled 'raid', with only one HD on the machine, and the CD as the slave on the same IDE interface?
