| 48837 | 2002-05-14 23:13:00 | A couple of things to try 1) check your offline settings. goto Tools... Options... Mail Services... Offline Folder Settings. 2) Check that your Offline folder is not corrupted. Go to Windows START button... Programs... Microsoft Office Tools... Microfoft Outlook OST integrity check. 3) do you have SR-1 or later applied ? check by looking at Help... About. If not try applying that. 4) If all that fails it may be worth do a reinstall - as crashes like that sometimes point to a corrupted binary files. |
