| 48773 | 2002-05-14 06:07:00 | Don't go into those pages. ;-) . Or up at the right hand side of the toolbar of IE, there is an icon labeled 'Encoding'. Remember what is marked now, and try some other character types. But unless you understand the foreign languages (foreign to us, not them) it might not help. |

You would need to install the right Language fonts for Internet Explorer to display properly. But then If you don't understand the language, what's the point :) | Guest (0) | ||
| 48775 | 2002-05-14 08:17:00 | I have had a similar problem when visiting babelfish.com, all the characters are displayed as boxes. I believe this is a result of a missing font on my system that the page is trying to use. If you view the source code (you can select this in IE under the view menu) for the web page, does the text make sense? |
