| 49065 | 2002-05-15 23:23:00 | All Xtra customers, Can you guys access the following websites? 1. http://straitstimes.asia1.com.sg/ 2. http://newpaper.asia1.com.sg/ 3. www.asia1.com.sg I am a Xtra Jetstream customer (unfortunately) and am unbale to access the above URLs. However, I'm able to access all those URLs with other ISPs from other computers. I've contacted Xtra's helpdesk about a week ago and unfortunately, they are unable to fix the problem. They can't even load those websites from their helpdesk machines! What a joke! Maybe it's time for me to change to another ISP Cheers bk |

Rating ISP's with this test, based on one try, might condemn an ISP simply because the server(s) all this is coming from is up and down like a yoyo |
