Is there a way in Rules I guess, you can have an email I receive from 1 particular email address, forwarded to another email address so they get a copy when I am on holiday. I dont need all my emails looked at just 1 address I deal with. Cheers. |

Click on rules, then new rule / start from a blank rule / 1st option / next / 1st option add whoever then click on the bottom option then next then add whoever then next. Then select forward to people or other group (click on this), then click on the option in the bottom window again, then add the person, you want to forward it to, then OK. Then finish. Thats if you dont want to tick any exceptions |

Outlook has to be running when you are on holiday (to use the rules).
If not, maybe with that email address you go to the settings from the ISP webpage you can set up automatic forwarding ... You may be limited in how many addresses you can forward to. |
