| 1299883 | 2012-09-09 17:13:00 | I put in WD MYBOOKLIVE which is a network drive and I got a Blue screen. I also get it if I put in a Logitech webcam which I really need. WD tech support said the drive has nothing to do with the Blue screen. I tried to read the DMP file by putting it into WORD but that didn't work. I don't know how to fix this problem, can anyone help. I have 3 screen shots that might help. | lostsoul62 (16011) | ||

| 1299885 | 2012-09-09 21:07:00 | This is what is said to do: Download, extract and run the SF Diagnostic Tool by right clicking on the SF Diagnostic Tool executable and choosing Run as administrator . Click on each button to let the tool collect the corresponding info. When done, go to your desktop --> Right Click on "Seven Forum" folder --> Send To --> Compressed (zipped) folder. Attach the zipped folder with your post when asking for BSOD help. Download: SF Diagnostic Tool.zip I right click on the applacation and there was no "Run as administrator" I ran it anyway and I got "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application" when I tried to get the information |
