1299883 2012-09-09 17:13:00 I put in WD MYBOOKLIVE which is a network drive and I got a Blue screen. I also get it if I put in a Logitech webcam which I really need. WD tech support said the drive has nothing to do with the Blue screen. I tried to read the DMP file by putting it into WORD but that didn't work. I don't know how to fix this problem, can anyone help. I have 3 screen shots that might help. lostsoul62 (16011)
1299884 2012-09-09 20:04:00 You need something like bluescreenview to read it. Not word. You can get it from here (www.nirsoft.net). Links are down the bottom. Install then run it. What does it say is the cause? If it crashes wihen you plug anything into a USB port, the port maybe the problem Speedy Gonzales (78)
1299885 2012-09-09 21:07:00 This is what is said to do:

Download, extract and run the SF Diagnostic Tool by right clicking on the SF Diagnostic Tool executable and choosing Run as administrator . Click on each button to let the tool collect the corresponding info. When done, go to your desktop --> Right Click on "Seven Forum" folder --> Send To --> Compressed (zipped) folder. Attach the zipped folder with your post when asking for BSOD help. Download: SF Diagnostic Tool.zip

I right click on the applacation and there was no "Run as administrator" I ran it anyway and I got "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application" when I tried to get the information

1299886 2012-09-09 21:29:00 Did you get this file? (www.nirsoft.net). I have no idea what that seven forum file or folder is Speedy Gonzales (78)
1299887 2012-09-09 21:40:00 Sorry about that last post. I was also asking Windows 7 forum about this problems. I did run the program but I'm not a code reader. Do you know anything about the program and where I should look because it's all greek to me. lostsoul62 (16011)
1299888 2012-09-09 21:42:00 So what does it say is the cause after you install , then run bluescreenview? It'll say what the cause is, in the top half of the window Speedy Gonzales (78)
1299889 2012-09-09 23:05:00 I put in an image of what it said. I'm not sure what to do about this? lostsoul62 (16011)
1299890 2012-09-09 23:08:00 I cant see the filenames, its too small. Install teamviewer, then run it. Then send the ID and password it gives you to me in a PM. And I'll have a look Speedy Gonzales (78)
1299891 2012-09-09 23:10:00 This view might be better? set my browser at 200% and it's a little better lostsoul62 (16011)
