Hi, I have been having a problem with Vodafone Mobile Connect for the last 3-4 months. Previously I could rely on the View Usage option to track and manage my data usage (only use connection for PC internet browsing). However recently I started getting msgs that I had used or exceeded my data cap. The first time I thought ok my bad, but the second time I kept a close eye on it. The second month I got an 80% warning when I was nowhere near 50% of my cap. When I questioned vodafone about this they could not give an adequate answer and only directed me to a query that reported my usage was twice what my monitor computer was reporting ( as if this magically explained every, not!). I have had the device for almost 4 years without previous problems. I am happy if my usage has gone up but keep a pretty close eye on this, and find it unusual that the monitor would suddenly be reporting wrong and not give correct readings any longer and that my use would just double ?? |
