1275382 2012-05-15 00:07:00 Have UHF freeview with built in set. Plan to replace old CRT tv in bedroom with another tv with built in freeview.
Any advice for connecting them up, is as simple as a splitter?
Thanks

Bit of stuff here on this. Bit of stuff here on this.

1275384 2012-05-15 01:14:00 Yeah, unless you've got low signal strength or a way long cable run, then a simple splitter should be fine in my opinion. Paul.Cov (425)
1275385 2012-05-15 01:20:00 How is the CRT in the bedroom getting a TV signal at the moment?
Chances are it is already connected to the UHF aerial on the roof, along with the other freeview TV, so it may just be a matter of swapping it out with a new TV and tuning it in.

Best way is just replace the VHF arial with a UHF one. Seen them as cheap as $49.95 at your local toaster shop.

1275390 2012-05-15 06:38:00 I found that UHF doesn't like long runs and splitters. You must try and see for yourself
