Or, f they're really sour, just chop them off the cores (don't throw remainders away - nice for birds) chop up and, bring to boil in huge sauccepan, then simmer with handful of sugar for a couple hours. make apple pies. OR and this is by FAR the best idea - put them into bags and stick them outside your gate with an honesty box. for $2 a bag. I got some fejoia like this two months ago in Stanley Bay.
