Sure a lot of Kiwi's are annoyed at various policies etc but that's a long way from claiming we all don't like Maori. There is a certain segment of society I personally don't like much, a high percentage of it is Maori and that's unfortunate but nothing to do with why I dislike them. I'm talking about the career doll bludgers, criminals, gang members, drug dealers etc who make no useful contribution to society. I don't care what race they are I don't like them. What annoys me is how everyone ignores the fact that all races have that element amongst them. |

What % of Treaty Settlement tribes are full blooded Maori in this day. Same with finance companies in my wife's case, mostly loans to South Auckland for vehicle purchases, no chance of being re-paid. Stupid Finance Companies followed the stupid American idea of giving 100% loans for property purchases, think the African/Americans' were given 110% under Clinton's reign, would need to confirm that. I came from a small town and as a fifth former had to help the teacher teach Maori students' how to do maths and they were much appreciative of my efforts. The teacher himself made learning such fun; I don't know how the pupils were not able to catch on. So one is still paying for the privilege of being a New Zealander. Lurking. |
