| 49350 | 2002-05-18 01:38:00 | I've been attempting to trial the Housecall antivirus service but even if I register, nothing seems to happen. It says it will put up a box with My Computer in it so that I can select the drive to scan, a download appears to take place according to my modem lights but nothing happens on screen and the original page stays there unchanged. Is anybody else having this problem? I am on a dsl line if that is any help. Thanx Alex |

It did take quite a while to download their .cab file first before my PCs contents appeared in the window on their page. Once that was done all went well. Maybe you've got ad blockers or a firewall preventing access. I had to change my settings to allow cookies, etc from their site or it wouldn't work. |
