49312 2002-05-17 09:31:00 I have been given Flight Sim 2002 for my birthday.
My pc is a Soltek model 65DVB mainboard 700mhz P3 with on board sound and video, would an upgrade to a better video card improve the way the game is displayed.
If the answer is yes which one, thanks for any help.

49313 2002-05-17 09:55:00 Yeah, it does improve the quality of the game. I suggest Geforce 2 or 3. Guest (0)

49315 2002-05-17 22:23:00 Hi,I've just been through all this!Have ME,800mhz,with intergrated graphics card,16mb.Had to run FS2002 on the very basic settings, otherwise the game froze.Have just had a Geforce 2 GTS card fitted, now no problem. They first tried a Geforce 4 MX440 which ran nicely except for flashing across the screen.Said it wasn't compatible with my motherboard,so they fitted the 2.Marvellous,now I can play it propely.Hope this helps.I asked the same question a while ago.Neil.
