| 49291 | 2002-05-17 08:40:00 | I am running windows XP. and using netscape 6.2 I find that i keep getting thrown off the net, when my computer has been idle for 20 minutes. I tried to call Xtra, but they were not much help. I was wondering how i can change the setting so that, it will keep me connected. (annoying when downloading large files) thanks |

Click on dialing and uncheck 'disconnect when idle'. Another thought could be if you have Firewall that would lock out internet when screensaver kicks in. Good Luck sam m |
