| 49247 | 2002-05-17 02:30:00 | You have to manually disable your hotmail details again as they have been activated so all and sundry can lokk at them wondered why i had so much junk mail lately well now i know . Go to options then Personal Profile then sign in and then untick Share my e-mail address. Share my first and last names. Share my other registration information |

| 49252 | 2002-05-17 12:18:00 | Yeah, Why the sudden increase in spam? I used only a Hotmail address up until about a year ago, when I migrated to pop3... Before then I got absolutely no spam except for the diplomas thingy... Last month my hotmail needed emptying out at least once a fortnight, or else messages stop arriving because it's full. Now, I have to empty it once a week, thanks to hotmail flouting my private information around all over the web. Is it not microsoft's policy not to disclose customer information??? Do they not make big play of that in their now almost weekly letters? Then why do they go changing the settings we have specifically choosen in order to maintain our privacy??? What kind of big-brother American attitude is this? GRRRRRR!!! Erin |

| 49253 | 2002-05-18 13:48:00 | Hey guys, do yourselves a favour and kill Hotmail. It stinks. Who wants a boxful of porn links on a daily basis? I dealt it a fatal blow last month and it feels oh so good. There are plenty of other free email addresses you can get and even some that redirect to Outlook Express or whatever mailer you use. Just do a Google search and you'll surprise yourselves. Best thing I ever did. |
