| 49518 | 2002-05-19 03:46:00 | Hi Grant msn has upgraded its chat control to version 4.1. Here is what you do if you have difficulties in updating your chat control. In IE6, Click Tools then Internet Options, then on the General Tab, click 'settings' in the Temporary Internet Files section. Then click 'View Objects' and look in the folder window that opens, for MSN Chat Control. Right click this and select Remove. Then click all the 'O.K's to get out of the boxes, close IE6 and try downloading the chat control again. J. |
