49444 2002-05-18 11:38:00 when I plug my Diva MP3 player into USB port I get a blue screen (error address 32 0C etc, press CTL-ALT-DEL to continue).
Originally my player worked (drivers were automatically setup when I plugged in), put my daughter unconnected the USB cable in the middle of file transfer, and I have been getting blue screen since.
I think maybe the driver is now corrupt and needs reinstallation, but I cannot find out how to do that in WInME.
I checked from DIva site, and latest drivers are included within WinME.

49445 2002-05-18 13:01:00 See if you can delete the player using the device manager; after deleting it, plug the player back in and windows should reinstall it. Guest (0)
49446 2002-05-19 06:40:00 I have already tried to remove the device using device manager, but no difference. I went even so far as to remove hub root and everything else under USB in device manager, but same results. It looks like it does not really reinstall the driver, but uses the same corrupted one. So what I really need to be able to do is somehow remove the original driver, so I could reinstal it from WinME install CD. Guest (0)
