| 49775 | 2002-05-20 09:54:00 | I scanned a picture which I wanted to send as an attachment to an email, but when I went to send it, and it was running by Norton's checker first, it was taking an age. After one hour, and only 20% completed, the connection was interrupted (it is set to one hour) and a message said Open your email client and resend from Sent Messages folder'. When I did this, it bounced back with a note 'OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments in your mail: (name of attachment)'. Sounds like a virus, but according to my complete system scan I don't have one. I am up to date with Norton's after earlier having that Klex scare. Can anyone tell me what is up? |

| 49778 | 2002-05-20 10:32:00 | A 128Kb jpg should be a cinch. Sounds like more than a simple file size issue. Have you tried sending a file from another app of a similar size eg a Word doc or Excel file? Do they get through? Jane |
